Online Sessions

For the time being our sessions are being delivered online. In this way, we are continuing to reach those in our community who need to connect and interact through movement.

Movement In Mind

Movement In Mind is our community programme

It offers a broad range of sessions for mental and physical wellbeing, but more than that it offers a sense of connection and support.

Participants are referred through social prescription link workers and community organisations.

The movements work with the breath and I can feel all the little muscles around and between my ribs being worked, as well as my diaphragm.  That strengthening of my breathing muscles has to be particularly good whilst Covid-19 is around.

Thank you for the event I attended this afternoon.  It had all the right ingredients gentle movement, fun and laughter it was a great afternoon. I don’t think I have enjoyed myself so much in quite a while. I hope you are able to carry on because this has become such an important part of my life. It gets me out of isolation and offers company and stimulation while at the same time moving myself at such a gentle pace  that the whole body is given the right level of movement and workout.
