We take inspiration for this work from the transformative power of dance and the intrinsic connection between mind and body. Through dance, movement and body awareness, we aim to create therapeutic change in the lives of our participants by creatively addressing emotional, physical, mental, and social aspects of their stories.
To provide the opportunity for individuals to explore and express their feelings through the medium of movement, resulting in a more satisfying life experience and positive relationships
